We all have a certain amount of time allotted on this earth before our bodies expire. What we do with our allotted time affects how others use theirs when we’re gone. We can easily be overwhelmed by our mortality, but Jeff Schneider finds our common transience empowering and invigorating. It’s easy for people with busy schedules to make excuses why they can’t give back to their communities or dedicate time to their health. Because excuses are not a part of his discipline, Jeffry Schneider stands out in a crowded arena of efficacious professionals.
Jeff Schneider started his career after graduating from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, established in 1863, founded on community service and leadership. A decorated fitness buff, Jeff has run marathons across the nation and even participated in some fitness competitions across the world
Since he’s a dedicated athlete, Jeff enjoys living in Austin where he has access to a variety of health groups and gyms. An accomplished runner, Jeffry Schneider is part of a cadre of athletes dedicated to wellness. Jeffry sees groups of people coming together around wellness as a natural occurrence. A wellness program, whether done individually or as a group, offers an array of positive health effects. It boosts overall health, increases cognitive function, decreases stress levels, and increases the rate of productivity at the workplace. Researchers report a positive correlation exists between individuals who exercise regularly as part of their health program and fewer sick-leave requests. This is not the case for those who do not exercise at all. For this reason and many others, Jeffry implements wellness programs at his office.
While he has many causes he contributes to, as a father, he has an innate and undying commitment to help the children of the world. He’s made it his mission in life to help kids everywhere as he knows they are our future. By nurturing children, he’s supporting mankind into the future for years to come. In this way, Jeffry hopes to continue empowering others for as long as he is able. Jeff touts the power individuals have in honing their skills, so he encourages everyone to strive towards self-actualization. His finds giving hope to others rejuvenating, and he hopes to engender a legacy that persuades others to do the same. Follow Jeff on Twitter.
