The Mexican School of Particles and Fields was borne at a time when scientific communications in Mexico, specially with the first world community, were very slow and inefficient. Nowadays, after 22 years, the school is well attended every two years by students and young researchers from Mexico. Apr 20, 2009 · This contribution is based on two talks given at the XIII Mexican School of Particles and Fields. Starting from the effective action of the low energy limit of superstrings theory, I find an exact solution of the field equations which geodesics behavie exactly as the trajectories of stars arround of a spiral galaxy. Here dark matter is of dilatonic origin. It is remarkable that the energy density of this space-time is the same as the used by astronomers to model galaxy stability. Jun 02, 2016 · Particle physics has had a great impact in our society in the last years and has changed the theoretical picture about matter fundamental dynamics. Thus, we think that academic contents about matter components and interactions should be updated. With this study we aim to characterize the level of knowledge of high school students about this topic. Mathematical Modeling And Methods.- Application Of Wavelet Methods.- Variants Of Wavelet And Their Applications. source: Nielsen Book Data The volume is based on the deliberations of three thematic minisymposia MS369, MS425 MS483 identified by the scientific programme committee of International congress of Industrial and applied mathematics-2011 held at Vancouver, BC, Canada during 18-22.
D, Particles Fields We study LHC signatures of the type III seesaw mechanism in which SU2sub L triplet leptons are introduced to supply the heavy seesaw masses. To detect the signals of these heavy triplet leptons, one needs to understand their decays to standard model particles which depend on how light and heavy leptons mix with each other. D, Particles, Fields, Gravitation and Cosmology The proton radius puzzle, the discrepancy between the proton radius measured in muonic hydrogen and electronic hydrogen, has yet to be resolved. There are suggestions that beyond the standard model BSM physics could resolve both this puzzle and the muon anomalous magnetic moment discrepancy.
