After that, his passion changed and he was now more into attaining formal education. Therefore, he decided to join Technion School in 1987. While there, he majored in science and graduated with high-class honors. What is more, Milstein met Gila Elgrably, his lover who became a wife later on. Currently, they are blessed with two daughters.

Immediately after he became a father, Milstein decided to move to the United States of America in quest of greener pastures for his family. While there, he joined the University of Southern Carolina for a master’s degree in business administration. Alongside his wife Gila, the Adam established a family foundation known as the Adam and Gila Family Foundation.
