In case you haven’t heard already, YouTuber Kim Dao is a huge fan of “Pokémon Go.” Once the game was released in Japan, Kim Dao was ready to walk all around Tokyo on the hunt for exotic Pokémon creatures. In one of her latest videos, Kim Dao takes you with her to Harajuku, Akihabara, and Shibuya, all the while playing “Pokémon Go.” This video is officially called, “A Day in TOKYO, JAPAN | Harajuku, Shibuya, Akihabara | Pokemon GO Edition.”
The first place Kim Dao visits is Omote Sando in Harajuku. Kim Dao shows us her Pokémon skills as she catches a Poliwag.
A few moments later, Kim gets a bit distracted by a nearby sale. All the items under this tent are no more than ¥1,000 each.
Next, Kim Dao walks to Takeshita Dori to see what Pokémon she can find there. Her first catch in this famous area of Japan is a Pidgey. Learn more: https://www.depop.com/kimdaoblog
Once her phone’s battery starts to fall below 11 percent, Kim Dao thinks it’s a good time to take a lunch break and re-charge…literally. Kim whips out her portable battery charger to save her iPhone.
For lunch, Kim Dao decides to go to McDonald’s. She orders some chicken nuggets with a cup of water.
After Kim Dao finishes her lunch, she hops on a metro train bound for Shibuya. She films herself playing some more “Pokémon Go” at the famous Shibuya Crossing. Learn more: http://www.kimdaoblog.com/p/contact.html
At the end of the video, Kim Dao explores Akihabara. Believe it or not, Kim’s “Pokémon Go” app actually crashes near nighttime because so many people are using it.
